We are the supplier& service provider of VCB up to 33KV. VCB’s are generally used to protect transformer & HT circuit. In small scale applications VCB are used in a single HT panel who’s incoming and outgoing will be same i.e., 6.6KV, 11KV, 33KV & outgoing is connected to transformers. In HT sub stations VCB’s are used as switching of different circuits & also protects those circuits from short circuit, over current, over voltage, under voltage, ground fault etc.

Power transformers are used to power up different HT circuits i.e., in high voltages whereas distribution transformers are used in step down the voltage. PCC (Power Control Center)

These are used to supervise and control the voltage and reactive power of the power system. We Offer PCC up to 6300 A ratings, with the operational voltage of 415V in a 3 wire distribution system with an insulating voltage upto 660V at an ambient temp of 45 Celcius.

APFC (Automatic Power Factor Control)

Power Factor is the ratio of active power to apparent power and it is a major component in measuring electrical consumption.  APFC is an automatic power factor control panel which is used to improve the power factor, whenever required, by switching ON and OFF the required capacitor bank units automatically.

MCC (Motor Control Center)

A motor control center (MCC) is an assembly to control some or all electric motors in a central location. It consists of multiple enclosed sections having a common power bus and with each section containing a combination starter, which in turn consists of motor starter, fuses or circuit breaker, and power disconnect

ACVFD Panels

Scada System

SCADA Systems SCADA didn’t get its name by luck, it is actually an abbreviation that stands for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition. As we said earlier, it’s a system that has both software and hardware elements and is usually used for a couple of things:
  • Control of various processes from a remote location or locally
  • Interaction with sensors, pumps, motors, and valves through an HMI (Human-Machine Interface) software
  • Monitoring, acquiring, and processing real-time data
  • Recording the events into a file.
  • In the modern time, there isn’t a serious organization that doesn’t take advantage of SCADA systems. These systems help save some time, they increase efficiency, they process data faster and with accuracy, and they allow for smooth communication between various parts of the system. As such, the SCADA architecture consists of two basic parts – an RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) and a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). A PLC is essentially a microcomputer that directly communicates with a plethora of objects such as end devices, sensors, or numerous factory machines.
  • A PLC, however, is directly hooked to the factory machine, while the RTU is used remotely, as its name implies. The sheer power of SCADA software allows us to process, distribute, and display the required data, thus making it easier for employees to analyze it and come up with solutions if needed. It works exactly as it sounds. If there’s an error somewhere in the process, it notifies the operator who can then pause the production process and check the data from the SCADA system. This data can be checked via an HMI, which we’ll talk about later.
